Meet Jill
“I just can’t find the time to write my mind the way I want it to read.”
Box Full of Letters, A.M., Wilco.
Jill Shillabeer (she/they) gets it.
After all, it was through coaching that they discovered coaching might be a good path for them. And the skies opened and Jill said, “huh.” A few years and career directions later, they realized coaching really was the right thing to do. Turns out Wilco was pretty much right — some time (and some coaching) can help you write your mind, and your path, the way you want it to read.
Jill has a boatload of skills: project management, policy development, facilitation, reciting lines from movies, singing karaoke. But it’s their curiosity and openness that brings people into their orbit without making people feel out of place.
Things to know
Jill finds math easy. Learning what you find easy is interesting and can help you get unstuck.
She has a cat, but enjoys other people’s pets with as much happiness. If your pet comes to coaching, that would be a-ok.
Jill loves a good agenda to set the intention of a meeting, but can also work without one. Which is good, because that’s how coaching goes — flexibility gets us where we need to go.
